Is anyone else here having issues trying to get their Heritage claims? I have both EQ and EQ2 subscriptions, and both subscriptions are the same name. However when I type /claim it says I have nothing to Claim, including my heritage title. I have talked with CS live and they said to contact a GM. I petitioned a GM and they said it is a bug and to look for patch updates for it to be fixxed. They've done a few patches and updates since but ihave seen nothing changed. Is anyoen else experiancing this?

Sorry to say mine worked fine the first time, However a person in my guild said he was having some problem with his. I'll ask him if he is still having this problem tonight (at work still).

I also subscribe to EQ1 and EQ2 in same name. On typing /claim I'm only offered various pictures and a baby dragon, no Heritage, which is a pain. Any solutions?

If I remember correctly it had something to do with an item. umm a painting I believe. I made my selection and an item went into my inventory, after clicking on that I got to chose my name. Try this and I'll keep searching the EQ2 boards over at sony.

As long as you use the same station name in EQII that you used in EQ, you get a heritage item. This signifies that the item was handed down the ages from EQ to EQII. I find it interesting that SOE says "EQII has nothing to do with EQ" but yet they have this item to receive... *chuckle*

when I typed claim nothing came up at all. It said I hads nothing to claim, even though both my acounts are active and the same. I contacted CS at the EQ2 website, who directed me to a GM onliobne who said it was a bug that should be patched. Im just going to be super tocked off if we dont get these as promised. :(

I'm sure they will... If not them, then something else to replace this bug issue... Heck, I haven't even claimed the items from EQ yet, but they are still available.. *chuckle* My wife claimed her's last week, so I know they are still around.
