Straight up Noob Question....sorryFollow

Hey y'all. I have a simple question(and please excuse my ignorance). How do you upgrade your attacks from apprentice to adept for a Crusader class? If any can shed a little light on this or even a link of some sort I'd be greatfull. Thanks and keep grind'n that xp!
