is this better than eq1? im totaly bored of eq1 and me and a friend want a new game and this looks like the best but i dunno.
i hear you lose exp from other people dying and your weapons get destroyed if you dont spend all your money on repairing them. is that all true?
and are there enough people playing yet to get groups and stuff or is it like totaly empty?

You do gain a small xp debt for losing a group member in battle, but that isnt a big deal (more incentive to save those poor mages and such) to overcome. You equipment gets damaged from dying, you just need to rep it at a mender for a fairly cheap price. Its loaded with people (alot at that). $15 bucks a month. Give it a shot..its loads of fun.
so your equip doesnt get damaged from fighting just dying? thats not too bad
another question i have is are defenders like warriors in eq1
