Harvesting Lead ClustersFollow

#1 Nov 18 2004 at 10:06 PM Rating: Decent
Can someone please tell me where I can Harvest Lead Clusters. I wish someone would come up with a list of the locations of the materials we need to harvest for various tasks around the world, as well as our tradeskills......that would be great. Or if you know of a website that already lists this....My eyes are Open.....thanks.

Either in Oakmyst of Forest Ruins, I forget which one, as i frequent both, but i do pull a lot of lead up. i think it depends on the type/name of resource that spawns as to what kind of metal you pull up. blemished stone always seems to provide tin to me...

Well, if you're in Qeynos a good place to look for Lead Clusters is in the Peat Bog. Look around for "Misty Stone"s, minign them gives you either Lead Clusters or Raw Malachites, bout an even chance of each in my experience. Don't bother hitting the "Murky Ore"s, they only give tin clusters.

The Misty Stones aren't too uncommon there, but people will snatch them up when they see them so you need to be a little bit lucky. Good luck!

*jealous!*

That was my first society quest (or whatever it's called) and after spending 2 hours and getting 3 clusters, I gave up and asked the lady to give me another task.

Now I have to find tubers. But my gathering isn't high enough... :(

Word of warning on these, there's still a bunch of bugs floating around (I know, duh).. If you join a second tradeskill society at lvl 10 when you start specializing, sometimes you have to ask your original society to join again even though according to the list you're still in both. Well sometimes when you do that it can wipe your status points with that society (total will be ok but current will be 0).

So yeah, after doing 2 of those stupid gather quests that took hours and hours, I was pretty pissed that it got set back to 0. I mean the 45 copper or whatever it was was certainly not a good reason... oh well at least got mining to 70.
