That depends, it already looks like your getting bored of SWG if your asking if you should leave it, but it may not be your type of game. It is vastly different from SWG, If you want you can try it out for awhile and decide, no one can decide for you because in all honesty it would be a very biased opinion

Actually, EQ2 has things in it that were obviously based on SWG and the game is more like SWG than it is like the original EQ.

For instance the skill system is similar to SWG in that you pick a base class then as you progress you pick an elite class to branch into. Only difference here is that once you have chosen you can't delete your skills and choose something else.

There is a bazaar type system but only people who stay in their homes can actually sell on it, which I think is good because the bazaar isn't cluttered with useless junk that people just dump on it in passing as it is in SWG.

There is a BAZILLION times more content in EQ2 than there is in SWG, for that point alone I switched from SWG to EQ2. If you are tired of being an elite combat profession in SWG, killing the same useless things over and over for no real point other than grinding for xp to become a Jedi.. then I'd say dump SWG and head to EQ2 for far more adventure and questing type gameplay. The game is very immersive, the world seems huge and full of things to do.

Give it a try.
