or something like that..i got this armor and said it must be atunable before you can wear it..how do i do this?
Right click on the object and choose "Attune" from the options listed.

Right click on the item and select "attune" This will link the item to you, if you don't do this the enhancements will not be in effect. It can only be attuned to one character.

and once it's attuned to you, you can't sell it.

The item becomes no-drop and untradeable after being attuned. Only the character that attuned it can use it from that point on.
