Can all classes use Bows?
I have a level 14 bard and have not seen a bow that I can use yet, although I admit I haven't looked very hard.
I am doing the balance of life quests at the moment, and if I am able to use the bow at level 16 then I will chose that as a reward. Would hate to choose it only to find I can never use it though.

To use any type of range weapon, you have to
A have the skill for that weapon IE Throwing
B Have enough skill to use said weapon
And no, not all classes can use them, I know my crusader cannot

Your bard should be able to use a bow being a scout class. There is a quest in the eldar forest that should get you a bow that you can use.
