Crafting TiersFollow

Ok so obviously

Tier 1 = 1-9
Tier 2 = 10-19
Tier 3 = 20-29
Tier 4 = 30-39
Tier 5 = 40-49

Now once I hit lvl 9 or 10 I choose ny class. Am I still able to craft the items that aren't in my class? Say i become an Outfitter, can I still craft scrolls and such? I would presume yes, as long as they are not above lvl 10?

You retain your level 1-9 recipes. You will not be able to scribe the recipes from the other 2 groups or crafts that you are not in for level 10+. (Actually at the moment, you can but I understand that it is a bug and the ability to do so will be removed.)

At level 20, you can make all the level 1-9 recipes, the 10-19 recipes of the one group of crafts you selected and the 20+ recipes of the 1 specific class you chose.
