Help on bulletin board and free items pleaseFollow

I tried to buy a bulletin board in North Qeynos, but it says that it is "free"; and when I try to buy it, I don't getg one, and it says the price is not established. This tells me nothing other than that I am particularly stupid.

I do not see how to open a store if I cannot get a bulletin board.

Also, I am level, I believe 6, and there are very few things I can make. What level book do I need? Is the recipe book the same as the level?

This is extremely confusing, and not a lot of fun.

I haven't tried to buy a bulletin board yet, but I did have this problem with some tradeskill items. I bought 2 of items of what I thought I needed and then when it came time for the 3rd item, the vendor said it was free and no price had been established. Anyone have an idea on why this is??

Bug reported this. Make sure you do the same. Game's not even a month old, so stuff like this is going to slip thru and we're the ones that have to let them know about it.
