poisons and hotkeysFollow

1 have to questions.

1} does anyone know how poisons work? are they store baught or player made and how do you apply them to your weapon?

2} is there are way to make a hot key that has text and a spell cast both in it. i want to make some gruop and raid messages that include the attack i am using. but i dont want to have to use 2 spell slots i.e one for the attack and one foe the hotkey. is this possable ?
