I read in the help section that you can buy goods from other players in another town thru a black-market broker...where is this NPC in Qeynos? Thanks a lot.

I've seen 2 brokers in QHarbor but if you want to buy from the BLACK market you'd have to be an evil race iirc...
Wait, let me get this right. If thats the case, evil races can buy from goods from the opposing cities citizens, but good races can't?
A bit unbalanced there.
I too read that you can buy goods from players of the opposite allignment thru the black market brokers, tho I haven't been able to find them. I dont remember anything about only evil races being able to do this.

I agree with Askavi. There has to be a way in Qeynos; although I don't know where said NPC is. Try the seedier places in the city (if there is such a place in Happy Happy village...) More than likely a black market broker wouldn't be standing in Claymore square shouting for his wears. 
It actually makes sense to not allow the good happy people of Qeynos to purchase from the blackmarket :-) The good people would never associate themselves with the likes of blackmarketeers. 
Although the "neutral" citizens would most likely... :)

I have seen a black marketeer in Qeynos, but only one. Apparently no-one in Freeport had anything for sale (found him on the first day live). I've since forgotten where I found him, but I do know he exists!

The Freeport fence is on the island in Freeport Harbor, which you must swim to.
