I have played the isle of refuge twice and I have been unable to find the Qeynos Ambassador Sera. I'm sure I am just missing something here, but where is she? I can see the Freeport Ambassador T'Kirr in the hut next to Duke Ferrin and Captain Varlos.

Ye be meanin' the tavern, yes? What race and alignment are you? She's actually in the same place.
Remember, some races can only be one alignment initially. So, say you wanted to be an Iksar but want to go to Qeynos. You unfortunately need to go to Freeport first then do the Betrayal quest to get the Qeynos.

She is right inside the hut, where Duke Ferrin is outside. I do not see the Freeport ambasador. I wonder if you selected Freeport when you created your character, and that has forced you to go to Freeport.

I didn't know about the alignment selection when creating the character, must have just clicked freeport and not remembered that.
One character is a DE so I know I will have to do the betrayal quest, the other was a human and so I expected to see the Qeynos Ambassador. I'm just surprised that the NPC doesn't even appear inside the hut for people who are unable to select that city!
