Ok,
I am making my main tradeskill Alchemy. I have no problem finding most of the components to make oils, hand blow glass, emulsions etc. But in order to make most elixirs, I need a Diluted Solution or a Suspension.
I am level 6 Artisian, and when looking in my recipe book, I do not see a recipe for either of those compenents.
My question is, do I have to buy these ingredients? Or do I have to become a higher level Artisian to make them? If I can buy them, where? I have searched the wholesaler in my society, and it doesn't carry either of those items.
If anyone has any info, please respond!

How do I get ahold of Diluted Solutions and SuspensionsFollow
According to the updates notes on the official forums, solutions and suspensions can be bought from the appropriate merchants. I'm still at work *cry* so I don't know for sure, but will assume that the "appropriate merchants" are the ones in your society that you can buy components from.

Thanks for the reply. I just noticed the new update to. I was wondering my it didn't make sense that I couldn't make it. I obviously had to buy it :P
I can verify that the solutions and suspensions are up in the crafting are merchants. Saw them yesterday. :D
Suspensions and Solutions can be purchased in the Scholar guild house. All three tiers are available.
