Anyone out there did the enchanter job quest I am stuck at the pub with all the people fighting trying to figure out how to break it up any help would be great.

In the corner there is a stack of boxes. Behind the boxes is this green guy called an Inciter? or something like that. Kill him and they'll stop fighting...
