Yes, climb to the top of the tower and step out onto one of the platforms hanging out, you will be prompted to choose your destination.

Its the coolest thing too. It buzzes bad guys and flies under bridges and stuff.

Mine got stuck in a tree for a few mins once but then I reapeared near the platform I was going to.

Took a ride to Oracle Tower and back. Everything was cool until I got back near Qeynos... The griffon dropped me off near the platform... 5 feet away from the platform in thin air.

Yes, I fell... well, plummeted actually.

But I'm a warrior and made of sturdy stuff, so I just had a big bump on me head and walked around in a daze for a few hours.
