I want to claim my J Boots but when I try to start the character creation program to do the claim it now crashes my system. Anyone know another way to get them?

I got mine with the /claim command in-game. Make sure you're logged in with the character you want to have the boots. They're nodrop and you can only get one pair per station account from my understanding.

You do not need to use the character creator at all. Just log in to the game and type /claim.

If you haven't activated the key for the boots yet, you do that from the Account page on the Station website.
