I chose the pathe of a summoner, and I've regreated every second of it....lvl 11 now, pet is worthless, nukes just not great at all, and never wanted in a group, what do you think of this class?
Upgrade your spells as much as possible and you should notice a difference. Other than that just hang in there, you've only been a summoner for one lvl and things will get better. Good luck.
Get your Apprentice II and III spells. You should notice a huge boost in damage in your nukes and your pet should become stronger. I would get the Adept I scrolls for any spell that cons blue to you. Most of my spells are Orange to me which causes me to fizzle them a lot... In retrospect, I upgraded too fast and now I am not as efficient as I should be.

I am a level 17 Summoner, going the necro route, loving it, heal pet spell, then suck pets life and u get mana, its great, pet is a great tank, just have him tank a mob and u heal him

well your pet is really damage over time. it does do some lame 3-7 damage, but if its constantly fighting, it will accumalate a lot of damage after the battle. nukes arent bad either as long as you keep upgrading.

Yes they are. I found all sorts of Adept I spells off of the same creatures.
