I did the orc quest. Anyone know where to find the book for the skeleton mastery quest. I have almost all the drops, now I just need to find the book to start the damn thing.

Hehehe, Hey where did you start the quest for the orc one, and where did ya get the item? I havent started looking for it yet.
There is a book (if you are in freeport) that is in the crossroads tower behind a shield. Then examine all the parts you have to collect. The spirit of an orc (or something like that) is a pain in the *** to get. I killed many many orcs before this would drop.
I got the Know your Gnolls quest from Gnollslayer Keep. I'm assuming it's a similar quest as in your find random drops and examine them.
