I'm at work atm so I can't see if this works. I'm just really bored and wanted to know.
If you have to secondary weapons or orbs, can you equip one in each hand? like dual wielding. I want to equip two orbs is why I ask.

As far as I have been able to figure out, you can only equip secondary items like sheilds and orbs in your secondary slot.
Scouts are able to dual wield weapons but both weapons must say "dual wield" on them, they dont have to be the same kind, but they both have to state that.
