Buying and SellingFollow

Has SOE implemented a good way for people to buy and sell their goods from other players? I'm currently looking to buy new armor (level 10 Brawler) and would like to check PC prices before I buy from NPC. Any place in Qeynos I can do this?

In particular, I'd like to get my Apprentice III and Adept I skills ... where do you find these?

Thanks : )

There are brokers in the main parts of the city (dont know exactly where in Qeynos tho, I'm from freeport) even on my server (steamfront) there are people already selling craftable items. If I remember correctly I did read you have to have an apartment to sell items this way though.

I was having the same issues and found this thread:

You can only sell ig you buy a markey bulliten board in east freeport (don't know where in qeynos). Put that in your room and set up shop. To buy you must buy from a broker or go to the place where the seller is selling. Note: when you click on a house/inn where you don't live and want to visit someone, you have to right click and select visit from the menu. I was stuck for a good 30 minutes trying to not buy a new house when all I wanted to do was buy from someone.

It's a very realistic, labor intensive and silly system for a game. You even continue eating food/drink while /afk in trader mode, which is enough to run you broke you you don't make any sales.

as other have already mentioned the merchant/broker system I won't bother. I just thought I would mention that a lot of your armour can be quested to get. This is very different from most games. Unfortunately I can't tell you who gives them or what it is, I am just repeating info I have gathered from Beta reports. Until Alla gains more info it seems that we are either stuck buying from merchants or, as I am doing, questing your *** off and hopefully you come across the gear. (while making decent cash)
