okay I just finished scouts training and now I am on path of the predator quest. I am suppose to kill a brigand leader in the tavern in Quenos Harbor. I went to the place where he is at but can't get access to the room. What am I suppose to do?

nevermind the question. I just found the answer.
Go to a building by the Harbor Clock called the "Cache" and you can kill the leader there.
