I got to level 9 in crafting and i had an arcana level 9 crafting book, so i scribed it. I can now make adept III spells but i need to be able to make cochineal ink and i dont have it in my recipe book. Does anyone know what book i need?
And yes, im pretty sure i have scribed all the books you can buy from the merchant 1 through 9.

If it's like beta, you need artisan refining 4.
IIRC that's the name anyways.
After you get that book, you'll still be depressed. The forage you need to make adept3s was unbelievably rare in beta. They may have upped it, but I doubt it. I saw all of 2 rare forages the entire time I played beta.. which was about 4 days played time total.

where do i go to become a sage? i am haveing the harest time finding out how to become one =/ please let me know.
I only know the Qeynos ones:
In Qeynos Harbor there are two npcs you need to talk to.
One is down in the dock area and he flags you for 10-19 artisan classes.
The other is near the Ironforge Armory, or whatever it's called, and she's for the 20+ flags. She's just outside of the dock area, as a general loc.
Wish I could give names, but it's been a few weeks since I've done anything with them and all I remember is the 3d map in my head, lol.
Of course, all of this is from beta xp, so it's one of those IIRC and IIST things. Hope this helps though =)
