Need help to post to official EQ2 boardFollow

Let me explain my problem. As did MANY others, I ordered the collector's edition DVD back in August. Told it was in stock, it wasn't. Told it would be the later part of the week before delivery, still hasn't come or any info on status. Can't get thru to SOE or any part thereof.
So to make a long story longer, since I or none of my fellow CE preorderers are able to post to the main EQ2 boards but can only read, can some kind hearted soul do that for us to see if there may be some kind of light at the end of the tunnel? Your kindness will be returned tenfold.
