Morning Everyone,
First of all - THIS GAME ROCKS!!
Second - How do I get off the island of Refuge? I met some Ambassador who said something about a boat going to Qeynos but I could not find it last night.
Third - I was playing with a group last night and they went into a cave. They all could go in but I got stuck outside. Do I need to find the person who activates this quest or was it some sort of a bug?
Fourth - I was running around with a level 6 warrior and some named Goblin spawned and we killed it. Fighter got some nice loot which he needed. How did we get the named guy to spawn???

In order to enter the cave, you would need to activate the Orc Chief quest. You should be able to get that through your Priest contact on the IoR.
In order to leave, you would go to the north of the two docks and right click on the bell there. That will give you the option to leave the island. Make sure you have everything you need done, because there is no coming back.
