You make unfounded statements pinning the blame on the producer, repeatedly insulting an individual with little to no grounds. If you wish to refer calling out your bias against Yoshida harassment, you're free to interpret that however you wish. However, I won't tolerate the spread of misinformation on these boards, especially those purposefully designed to depict a game, staff member, or moderator in a bad light.
You're reaching for ways to criticize Yoshida at every turn, and lately I've grown intolerant for it. As I stated before, you seem to be using these boards exclusively to express your distaste for the game, though you remain subscribed. Everything he does is a cop-out or some other failing to you. It's far more rare for you to be praising of Yoshida than I am to be critical. In fact, it's s stretch of the mind to even know where you ever praised or acknowledged his work or efforts.
We can argue individual countries values verses sex and violence all you like, but neither one of us are professors in international law. Nor are we game producers having to deal with multiple national issues. The rulsets of one segment that may seem benign to us may be a major issue for a place like say, France or Denmark, where as other issues, such as sexuality, may not be such a big issue for those countries, but they're triggers for hyperconservative lawmakers like the kind we have in the US.
So, Yoshida skirts the line between. Sexual encounters are implied, dismemberment is, implied. The lines that are drawn to make these explicit are written out in black and white for Yoshida to skirt. It's your word against a game producer. You're going to have to cite sources if you want to decry BS, especially with your reputation.
