Paladin on the other hand stand there and flash till their MP runs out. Zero damage done and not even all that great for hate.
AH HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!
Oh man, that's too funn--
Wait... you're
actually serious?
You *do* realize that the
only skills in that game that generate more enmity than Flash are Overpower (roughly 5-6% more so barely noticeable), Steel Cyclone (requires ramp-up time on Wrath stacks), Comboed-Rage of Halone, and Comboed-Butcher's Block, right? It still amuses me that people still disregard Flash as "crap" because people on the OF proclaimed it to be terrible when ARR launched and never bother to run the numbers.

You can do it about 8 times and then you're out. It works, but barely, one mistake or one thing out of range and it's going for someone.
Flash is point blank AoE. If something's "out of range" that's a failing on you not positioning everything correctly, and considering Overpower is a narrow conal if you can't hit everything with Flash (immensely
easier to use) you'd never hit everything with Overpower either.
Secondly, Riot Combo gives you more than enough MP to Flash all day, errday. Flash 2-3 times, then weave in Flashes after a combo step ( Flash > Flash > Fast > Flash > Riot > Flash > Fast > Flash > Riot > Flash > etc.) and start getting mana back when they're all low.
If you have a crap weapon, you aren't going to hold hate on AoE packs on *either* job so there's no sense in trying to delude yourself in thinking it would be any "easier" to hold hate as a Warrior.
Warrior is a slightly burstier AoE that tires quickly; Paladin is steadier and go literally go forever if needed. They're very well balanced in that respect when it comes to holding AoE hate.

I think PLD is perfect as it is. Sure, I would always like more, but what if they take something away at the cost of it?
My only request would be to give Shield Swipe some small enmity boost so I could use it earlier in a fight. I can't count the number of times when it's proccing left, right, and center at the start of a boss fight and I can't justify using it because it's only pure damage. It's a godsend to help delay TP bleed-out but due to no additional modifier I can't use it until usually a minute into a boss fight.
