So in essence "delay the system because I can't participate even though many others would be able to". Please tell me if what I said is inaccurate.

Your statement is inaccurate. Many implies a large amount. There are not many players who are enjoying this content currently. In fact, on Ultros there has not been a single plot of land bought as of yet. That's not even "few". That's none. Hence, inaccurate statement.

The word "many" can mean a lot of things, but to say that "people (plural) exist that can make use of this feature even now" is a gross mistatement... Well, I think it's not me making a gross mistatement here. Especially including the non-Legacy worlds and their populations that need much less than 100 mil to utilize the feature, something that Catwho can't seem to be able to understand.
People with less than 100 million gil can make use of this feature today. If you can't feel sympathy for the 100 million McDuck's then I wish you would at least feel sympathy for the rest of the folks out there.
All of these people wouldn't be able to use this feature because you want to delay it. The claim that there are FC's on Asura with 4 million combined wealth is "a gross mistatement on my part." All of these people (plural) are denied the access to the content because there is an entitled group out there that can't access it.
No, the word many actually doesn't mean a lot of things. Almost every definition I've seen says it means consisting of or amounting to a large but indefinite number. Go look it up if you don't believe me. There are not a large amount of people using the system as mentioned above. Almost no one has utilized it after 2 full days. I've asked friends on several other servers, and not one person on a new server I've talked to has even seen a plot purchased yet.
People don't want to spend every penny they've earned on housing, even the ones who can afford it currently. Why might that be? Because the current pricing is just not worth it. Hence, it is overpriced. So out of the very small (re: not many) players who can afford houses, even fewer actually have purchased due to prices being higher than they are willing to pay for a vanity item/status symbol. So basically, you're saying the system is fine because a tiny handful of players can use it, while the overwhelmingly vast majority cannot or will not currently, and most would have to continually grind gil almost every day for 3 months to be able to purchase in most cases. Do you not see the flaws in your logic? They seem pretty obvious.
