Can anyone tell me are the quest repeatable after it is done?
Also can you get the female version of the armor if you are male? I am rather fond of the female version, i want to grab it if they add mannequin in the future as well.

As far as i can tell no, they arent repeatable. You cant wear the female version anyway if youre a male. As for the mannequin they probably will put it in at somepoint but its useless to worry about it when it hasnt even been announced. It might never even happen.
