- When and how do 'enhanced' abilities proc?
When and how do 'enhanced' abilities proc?Follow
How do you know when (for instance) Enhanced Fracture, Enhanced Raging Strike, or Bloodshower are ready to proc? Is there a prerequesite or is it completely random?
Its a passive ability, meaning its always there or always "on".
as in,
Enhanced Raging Strike
Shortens Raging Strike recast time to 120 seconds.
Once you acquire this at level 28, the recast time on Raging Strikes will always be 120 secs. As long as your playing as an Archer/Bard that is.
