If i change servers now, how soon can i come back to....Follow

My original server? Considering "Fantasia" does not allow us to change names, only solution for that is changing servers (yes, im creating a character in both servers in order to reserve the name i want). I heard 3 days is the waiting time, but...i just want to confirm that. By the way, my character is legacy, don't know if that matters or not. I'd have to transfer to a legacy server in order to do that, right?

The question I'm asking myself is how does it take for a deleted name to register that it doesn't exist so that you can use it again (if you're creating a char to reserve the name). There was a post on here dealing with transfers/name change if my memory serves me. IF you are on a legacy server you can only transfer to a legacy server currently until they lift the restriction.

Transferring has a three day cooldown. I made a placeholder toon with the name I wanted and deleted it shortly before I did my transfer (maybe twenty minutes, tops). I was able to get the name with no issues. In my case I wanted to keep the name I had already on another server, once I had transferred. Other than that, $18 fee each way.

Depending on how patient you're feeling: they've said they're looking into ways to add name changes into the game in the future. But the time-frame is indefinite, so you may be waiting a while.
