Good evening,
Just wanted to see if anyone else has had any issues with the mail delivery system in game?
I've made two different HQ Earrings and sent them via in game mail to my husband and both messages never came through. I know I'm sending them to him as I have to pick a friend and there are only a few in there.
Not sure what to do next besides not use the mail system any more for gear.

I think there is a slight delay (not instant) for the mail to arrive. Try wait for couple minutes (5-10mins) and check again.

This was a 12hrs difference. I sent last night, Husband didn't get home from work until this morning. Not sure whats going on.

Yeah that's weird, maybe bug? I guess the only thing you can do is report bug / contact support?

I've also noticed this... I sent some gil to Crystal the other day and it didn't register in her gil total... items were working for us in the mail...
We had issues with crafting an item and not being able to find it in your inventory or armory chest... which annoying when you make a HQ item that's a.) hard to make, and b.) expensive.

I'm pretty sure when you craft something it always goes to your inventory.
It also seems to be completely random which page the item will wind up on. I really hope they get this sort thing figured out :)

For me gear always goes to page 1, everything else goes to page 4. Not sure how it would work if those pages are full. I've personally never had a problem with mail, but I have had friends who have. I was sweating it out last night when my friend sent me coke in the mail and it took a few minutes to show up. Cue the coke in the mail jokes

I would contact a GM in game through the support desk to ask about it. Wouldn't want to lose your hard work!

This came to mind first but I didn't type it in. His name pulled up in a list because hes on my friends list. So I just picked him. If it was just Once I would say ok maybe I sent it to another friend but twice?
