I'm thinking "Super Speeder".
Also my roomie got nailed with a $400+ fine for passing a pulled over police car without switching lanes or slowing down. Some 'move over' law that is intended to keep police officers safe during interstate traffic stops.

This has been a law for years, but most either don't know it or just don't do it. Here in my part of IL we do it as a safety to anyone who is pulled over on highway (usually just slow down, only 2 lanes, if no traffic then move over into next lane to go around.) or interstate (try to change lane, if able).
