This guy named One Piece I think that was his name gave me a tell.
Saying I'm reporting you for your name.
My name is SquareSoft
I think he is just jealous of it but who knows.
But then he went on about give me 500k or else I'll get my whole FC to report me.
Could I file for harassment?
These kind of people annoy me

I don't think reporting you will do much of anything. However, report him for harassment, especially if you have some proof of him threatening you. Do that to counter anything from him, and that should neutralize any threat.
