Concerning anyone who has purchased FFXIV 1.0, your copys should have a code in there that acts like an actuall cd copy.

If ANYONE has a spare, could they send it to me? I cannot afford FFXIV at the moment, and a friend really wants to do some co-op.
Just send me the code through PM.

Yay, me too, because I also have like 1 post total and am a very valuable member of this community.
Which entitles me to free games whenever I demand.

Btw: how are you going to pay the subscription fees?

Not selling it but collecting it from the accounts about to get banned. Then he will launder the gil until a master RMT comes along to sell it.

@ the OP: I'm not sure what you're talking about. I never got any kind of codes at all from my 1.0 account that I had to input to play 2.0, let alone a buddy pass. SE did all that on the back end without me doing anything besides updating my credit card info.

@ everyone else - He has good grammar and a legit request and meaningful user name. Probably not RMT. Probably just young instead.

I could be wrong, but I seem to remember hearing that the buddy passes from 1.0 were no longer valid.

They were supposed to have an expiration date of about a year after the original releases. However with 2.0 revive'ing all codes again, they can somehow be used again to get a "free game" :/ It's kinda weird.

I was poking fun. He should have elaborated a little more. 1 post coming to ask for a code won't get a code form me and I have one. I want to know more about you before I had it over.Anyway...

As for the code. 1.0 CE got a buddy pass. However, in 1.0 you needed to give them your disc. In 2.0 those passes were revived, as said above, and a client can be downloaded. I don't know if its a 7 day, which is what it was, I think, or a 30 day trial but it will give you a copy of the game if you continue to pay.
