UH OH i sent a tell to a gil seller, should i be worried?Follow

ive come across lots of posts on various forums about people being wrongfully banned or accused of being involved in gil selling/buying when they werent involved in any way (supposedly )

the other day, i was helping a player out by answering some questions about instances using /reply, and just before i hit enter, i received a tell from a gil spammer... so my message ended up going to the gil spammer instead of the player i was helping

maybe im being paranoid, but should i be worried? i was thinking of contacting support and telling them what happened in case they go through logs and find that i was communicating with a RMT.

I think you'll be ok, so long as there was no interest shown by you of purchasing gil in the /tell, and no trading with an RMT ensues.

haha thanks guys, i guess ive been reading too many horror stories of 'omg i was banned for 2 weeks for not doing anything omgg SE thinks im buying gil wtf' it'll be great when this isnt as much of an issue anymore :)

A friend of mine in FFXI taught me some very bad words in Chinese. Occasionally, I respond to rmt using those words, after which I blacklist them. I'm hoping STF guys get a good laugh...otherwise, I'm screwed.
