Pre Order questionFollow

Ok so I originally purchased my copy of the game of the SE store and because of the crap that went on with the codes yesterday I was tired of it not getting fixed so I cancelled my order on SE and bought it off of Amazon in which case it gave me a legitimate code. But now on my profile I see 2 copies of the game. Does this mean Im still oging ot have to pay for the game that I cancelled?
