Today I tried to login and got the following message:"No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn. Please register Mog Station bla... In fact I was in all 4 open beta phases and never had an account Problem. I have been playing since 1.0 (with pauses) and my Account was active. So whats happening? I am legacy, but got no early access code, my account is invalid? ANyone got some clues for me?

Accepted (although I dont get it), but why do I have to enter some infos on the Mogstation? My Account was valid for a long time now, why would it be different now?
probably something like -
if 1). they auto approved all legacy players into the new game
then 2). when it came to autorenewing your account there are payment complications or some jazz ?? I'm sure it could go any number of ways, maybe they just want you to update your account because it has been so long.

I will just sit tight till the start. The page more or less now only takes care of someone with EA code.

I also played the original version, never needed a code to enter any BETA and also getting the same message.
It was my understanding that Anyone who owned the original version would not need to repurchase the new version to play.
Tried emailing Support but no response.
My account page says I am registered for Final Fantasy XIV
Should I see a separate entry for Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn?
Anyone have a link or suggestion where we can find the answers?

Here is the information and I will leave the official source link at the bottom.
If you are 1.0 or 1.0 CE you MUST pre-order in order to get the 3 days of early access, however you get into regular launch on August 27th at no additional charge, all you have to do is open the game and go.
If you are legacy, you automatically get early access.

Thx again. I got this infopage nonetheless, but always was kinda sure to be legacy. Anywa thx and cu on the 27th of August :)
Did you get a legacy chocobo whistle when you did the last phase? I'm fairly certain that's legacy exclusive. If you got it you should contact customer service, if not, you're not legacy.
You can also check by going to square enix account management >> select service >> final fantasy xiv. There should be a legacy logo next to your account.
