You should not be getting this message if you are legacy. I know two people that live in my household who are legacy and got the message saying,
"Please wait until the start of the early access period or official launch to access the game." Something is wrong somewhere. You do NOT need a code if you are legacy.
I would personally follow these steps.

Click,
"This did not answer my question." and fill out some information. It is email support so they will email you, now if you don't get an answer by tomorrow morning I personally would call SE.
