confused. please help

I'm a legacy with 1.0 collectors edition.
I purchased the new collectors edition on ps3
but i intend to play mainly on pc

I logged into the website with my SE account (same one i use for playing)
I entered my code on the website
I got a 12 character code for the ps3 to download the client
downloading it now

Never got an email.
Never got any 20 character code or anything other than the ps3 download code
If i go to account management on PS3 it says my ps3 has ffxiv as a service with early access.

Is there a way to check to make sure i'm going to get all the items?
Do i need to link my ps3 to my account somehow?

Sorry, i've looked all over both forums and I see people with screenshots of a list of the items they are getting.

I'm under the impression the 20 digit code is to register early access on PC's. and If you entered that code into the PS3 and downloaded the client you WILL have the items (Mog Cap and Cait Sith Doll) I'm not sure why it didn't happen to me, but when I entered my code into the PS3 it came up explaining exactly what the code did :)

and you will get hopefully get an email soon confirming this (mine took a while too)
