Didn't think I'd ever say this, but: thanks Ehllfire. That is a good thing to read.

Although I never suffered from these errors in the beta at all I'm happy that I won't have to worry about getting it in the future, thanks for the info!

Logging issue were a blessing in disguise for me.

I have spent the last few weeks fretting and trying to make a decision as to whether I should start from scratch or play my legacy character when ARR releases. My decision was made for me in the end as I couldn't log on to my legacy server so I rolled a new character on a new server and loved it.

As I suspected, it appears that the errors were server side, not client side.

Can it be the 24th yet PLEASE

Oh good, I can stop my toddler tantrum now. Figured it would get fixed, and that it was server side. It's the usual ?!$*, more people playing then anticipated. I'm expecting some hiccups on launch with more threats of SE owing them everything.

Good info Ehllfire... the community appreciates it. I'd like to add there is no danger of wiping characters because of 3102. The data isn't bugged, only stuck in limbo. Once the server was reset, this was corrected automatically. The larger capacity and QoS tweaks will make sure this problem doesn't reoccur. Rest easy everyone, the 24th is only a few days away.

Or you could just be calm and rational about it, realize that open beta was pretty much a server stress test, and post in the thread on the forums that you were having issues. I realize it was incredibly frustrating for people, and I feel bad that a lot of people missed out on a considerably chunk of open beta, but getting pissed off and demanding things from SE gets you no farther than rationally letting them know there is a problem.

This is great news... but any word on the people who couldn't progress in the storyline becasue the quest givers didn't give the quests?

That completely ruined our plans this past weekend, Crystal couldn't get the level 15 quests for the main storyline and so she couldn't do any dungeons.

I try to teach my toddler that when she demands things she will never get what she wants. When she asks nicely and stops whining, she can have the world (within reason).
