Do I need to do anything else? Help please!Follow

Hi all,

I've entered the code that came in the email from the retailer that I purchased the game from and I entered that code at http://preorder.eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/

The website gave out the normal errors that everyone seems to be getting but FFXIV ARR appears on the 'My Profile' page along with any other SE games I've purchased.

Now, do I require a second key from anywhere? Has the first key been accepted now? What about the normal SE account page? Does a code need to be entered there too?

Would anyone be able to offer some feedback please?

Do you have the following email?

Screenshot

(Windows one is simular)

If not, it didn't take, the server is being hammered, try again in a few hours.

Hi,

No I've not been sent that email yet. The website keeps saying 'There was a problem. Please try again later' whenever I try to redeem the code.

Which is a general error for "Website is overloaded"

Wait a few hours for the rush to die off, or tomorrow even, you still have 3 1/2+ days before launch for EA.
