ZAM Free Company NameFollow

Ok, so we are definitely going to have a Free Company for ZAM members. Again, before anyone freaks out, we will not be doing anything with the current LS. You are welcome to stay there if you do not want to be involved in the FC. However, please be aware that the FC is still planned to be a casual place. We will obviously run events out of it, have player housing, and work to progress the company, but it will not be something requiring certain time commitments or anything hardcore. It's as casual as you want it to be, and if that means just using it as a social chat channel, that is completely acceptable.

That said, we should probably decide upon a name. Personally, I love Karma Zameleons, but I don't want to just decide on that without getting an opinion from the community, so here is a quick poll to decide. If it ends up that people want a name change, I'll make a separate thread IN THE LS FORUMS where you can suggest names, and then we can run another poll. I would post this in the LS forums as well, but I wanted to make sure everyone sees it and I'm not sure how many actually view those forums as of yet. Anyways, poll:



Probably should mention, I will tally the results of the poll Thursday night. That gives us a couple days to pick a new name should that be the majority. Feel free to post name suggestions in this thread, we can just pull from here for the final thread if it comes to that.

FYI, I didn't come up with the name Karma Zameleons, lolgaxe did. Many of us just thought it was a really funny interpretation. And since this is the ZAM community, I do think it makes sense to have something that identifies that. But, that's why I made the poll for it, so you can express your opinions on it and we can come to a democratic decision.

Someone's a bit overconfident. Keep in mind, even if there's a majority suggesting a name change, it's very possible Zameleons wins out since there are so many that like it. The other choice would need pretty much a landslide if it's a tight race.

Yes, that's the plan. I was going to suggest sending whoever makes it 100g as an entry fee. So if we get 150 people to join, there's the 15k cost of making the FC.
