Missing Tooltips?Follow

Ok, I'm not really sure what happened, but I no longer get a tooltip when I rollover any of my abilities. I still get one for potions and antidotes, but not any of my actual skills like Heavy Swing, Overpower, etc. I also don't get any rollover in the actions and traits menu either so I can't tell what the skills do other than their names. I definitely WAS getting it as of yesterday, but now it's not working at all. Has anyone run across this and a possible solution? I can't seem to find an option anywhere to fix it. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Just figured it out. You have to open HUD layout, and then right click the Action Help panel. If it's blue, it means its inactive. Their HUD layout feature could definitely use a little polish, it's incredibly confusing.
