Random CrashesFollow

With all the trouble of people logging in, this might seem kinda minor, but annoying none the less. For some reason I am crashing very often, sometimes five minutes after logging in, sometimes hours. Can't figure out the problem. Whole program crashes, and the windows box comes up saying there has been an error. Below is the event viewer error information for it.

I have no idea what this .dll is, maybe something with directx? I have no idea.

System info is:
Processor AMD FX(tm)-6100
Memory (RAM) 8.00 GB
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 (314.22 Driver)

If anyone has any clue to this, would be much appreciated. Tried messing with drivers, reinstalling the game. Driver reinstall was full clean install. It has to be something small I am overlooking I know it.
