I got disconnected about an hour ago and I'm still not able to log in b.c it keeps telling me to wait a few moments for the logout process to complete. That was over an hour ago!!! I sent an email but who knows how long this will take.
Yup, the same for me but I have been waiting for 24 hours for them to fix it. There are a few thousand people with the same problem, who knows the servers will be a ghost town soon with everyone pseudo logged in haha! 
All of our character are stuck in limbo!
They are adding 2 new worlds to EU/NA , Faerie / Exodus maybe we can get back in now 
They've also confirmed the error 90000 problem with people entering instances. So hopefully they'll patch that pretty soon.

Well, been trying and trying, no change yet.......I wonder who underestimated the number of servers for EU/NA...someones gonna get a spanking.

Yeah, weird huh... who'd have thought that a combination of North America and Europe would need MORE servers than Japan? Truly a visionary the likes of which the world has never seen before or since.

Hate to sound too cynical and jaded but...the 9000 error is being experienced across all servers JP/EU/NA, so it seems the problem is being addressed much more vigorously. The 3102 problem is just an EU/NA deal so I guess not so important

It's still causing issues. This post from SE came at 12:53 PM PDT. At that time, the official thread to report having this issue was on page 62. Keep in mind that the only posts there are people who leave their character name and server as a point of reference for SE. That thread has grown to 268 pages...

9000 is supposed to be fixed now, I don't see any buzz about things working any better however. 3102 is just being 3102 and the devs for the most part seem to think as long as they don't really acknowledge it, it doesn't exist as a problem for the player base.
Lol that is funny the time of that post is almost identical to when I got hit with the 3102 problem. That fix probably made things worse.

Bad part is the ***** up doesn't let you decline link shell invites, and an invite automatically makes you see the join/leave of the linkshell. So I got pop ups all over my screen now.

Aw...I'm sorry, I'm close on 30 hours of downtime, I hope it doesn't last that long for you, but rest assured about 2800 people at least are sharing our pain 
It's crazy how long they can push without saying anything or giving people an update.
Yes this hasn't been handled as well as it could have, that's for sure. I think it's as much as a culture thing as anything else, we would have been happier if they had come out and said "we don't know what the problem is but we are working to fix it" but the silence makes us all feel uncomfortable.
Well maybe I can get some sleep and awake to a fix :( probably not.

It's just EU/US.
If you just want to play, try a JP realm. They are working just fine for me, and I get 3102 on EU/US on all characters.

They just did an emergency maintenance on the US data center.

Cannot disband party. I can log in and out but even after maintenance I am still stuck in this party that has logged our this has been looney tunes
Uh-oh. Part of me hopes that doesn't mean anyone that has been logged in since the issues began will get their progress rolled back. Like some kind of prolonged d/c.
The other part of me...well...j/k. I don't need to envy any of you that have been playing when I cannot, for I've been able to spend my time productively on other activities. Like searching forums for when we can log in!

I am also stuck with the 3102 issue. It's been close to 10 hours for me where it says I'm still logged into the game. I can't even post on the beta forums because it's down as well... This is ridiculous...
I attempted to create a new character on one of the new servers and got this same issue... I can't log in at all. I guess I'm done with beta too...
