Am I not eligible?Follow
So I am getting this error(?) It says that my service account is not allowed to make anymore characters on this server (Ultros). There's the code 3035 at the corner of the window. From what I can see, all the characters that I have created on the server has been wiped from Phase 3. Is anyone else getting this? What does it mean exactly?
I got that earlier. I restarted my client a couple times and I was able to create a character finally. not sure why it was doing that. *shrugs*
Official forums said until further notice you can't create anymore characters on some servers. Ultros was one of about 10 servers they closed off. I'm just paraphrasing, but that's the skinny of it.

At this point it might have been shorter to just list the servers that AREN'T locked.
I get the impression they had no plan for population balancing and they're improvising now.

I restarted the client and I am now logged in with my character. I just had a scare, that's all. Thanks for responding to help though!
