What were some of the most funny things that happened....Follow

to you on FFXI. Mods I know this is talk about ffxi but I figured this is just general discussion and it might bring back some fun times people had while playing that game back in the day.

I was a capped lvl THF going to Kuftal Tunnel to fish for angel skins when they used to be worth about 1 million gil a skin. Anyhow I fleed to the spot but ran into the dragon that scared so many in these tunnels.... and yes it was Guivre back when he could wipe a party of capped jobs. I immediately turned around and went to flee to the zone so I would lose hate, but there was a lil problem here. Back then lvl 55ish parties would come here to lvl up on crabs and hehe lets just say what happens next had me cracking up for 5 minutes or so. I was lucky to get back to the zone to lose hate hehe but um Guivre was to hungry to pass up a good meal so when I walked back in near the beginning of the zone o.O that full party of lvl 55ish was completely wiped but luckily had reraise on the whm. Guivre ate them like they were an appetizer and they all got back up on the raise cracking up saying what a rush kind of ordeal. Guivre used to be a big dragon that ruled these tunnels and could eat just about anybody back then. I apologized to the party, but they were laughing about the rush more and it didn't bother them about the wipe.

Nothing too outrageous. Once my LS mate and I thought we were alone in the LS. We were both out in our own separate parties before level sync at the time, and she told me a colorful story about this guy she fooled around with at the time. When she thought it was just us, she told the entire story so to speak, and I commented here and there. This went on for a good four hours. She had to go answer the door at this point. Something told me to check the LS list...

A good 10+ people were there, all of them in Whitegate or Jeuno, meaning they weren't doing anything but reading the LS chat in silence. I sent her a /tell about it and she was really embarrassed. Didn't say anything to anyone in the shell for the rest of the night.

I applied to a very good endgame Linkshell back in 2004 as a tank. Two weeks later, I was farming at Boyahda Tree and I get a /tell from the leader of that LS and get told to come to sky immediately. "This is my chance to prove myself" I said to myself. I get told head to Byakko Island and that I'll be tanking him and what not. So like, we buff, I cast utesemi: Ni, check my tools, cool, I have 2 stacks still. They then pop Byakko, I and hit my provoke macro, as though I thought. I really accidently hit my Mijin Gukar in row 10, my ballista macro @_@
