1.0 non legacy characters ? Follow

Will 1.0 non legacy characters be able to move to non legacy worlds? For instance I played for a few months in 2010, quit, have a level 20 character who is not eligible for legacy status. Can I move it to a non legacy world since it isn't a legacy character?

The term "Legacy" is a bit confusing since it could mean a few different things depending on the context:

Legacy Subscription Plan - Means you have subscription plan that was offered for eligible for customers in 2012 (and which is no longer offered).

Legacy Character - Any character created before the end of 2012. They'll have a special mark that denotes they survived the "end of the world."

Legacy World Server - The continuation of a world server that was running until the end of 2012.

So, the one restriction is that Legacy Characters cannot transfer to non-Legacy World Servers. New characters created after 2012 can go to any server they want (if it has space), but only new characters can join non-Legacy World Servers. Any subscription plan can create new characters, however, so no players are barred from joining any server they want.

Just an FYI, most ZAM players are joining Ultros for their "new" (non-Legacy) characters. So feel free to join us.

For some reason, I think a person named PinkMermaid belongs on the Leviathan server. ^^
