I'm tryin to call up to find out what happened to my PC beta key for phase 3, and theres no one at the call center pickin up the phones (was on hold for 30 minutes and no one was there), and when you sit through the entire waiting line in the chat support you just get a "there are no agents to help you atm please try again later" once it's your turn.
Did their support team shut down for the day or something? lol

chat support has always been faster for me, by at least 50%
