Item Research for Genesis Free Shard.Follow

Hello all,

I am trying to do some research on an item for the Genesis free shard server. The item is Steinvors Frenzied Axe(http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=6323). The item was originally introduced at the beginning of DAoC and had a 40% haste proc on it(http://www.bdodaoc.com/index.php?mode=view_obj&id=2098&type=2). However Genesis does not recognize this site as a reference site.

This server is supposed to use item stats dated 2003 or earlier. However when I use web archive to research the item on zam(https://web.archive.org/web/20031203182347/http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=6323) it lists the item with no value on the delve.

Could anyone help me research this item further and help me prove this item was 40% value in the 2003 era?
